Same Fuckin Sony..part 2

So as I was trying to get all my frustration out and probably even skirt the idea of being sued by Sony,.. I came across this tidbit of information out of the blue..

SONY RECALL: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/38020693/38028883

Go ahead and read it. It may seem like a little problem that is fixable but think about this,.. Who would be able to do this if they were not a computer geek? I can hear the fucking questions already:

"Where can I find this BIOS?"
"Is that personal information?"
"Why can't you send a tech out to do this?"

This isn't a surprise as I was hearing rumors about fan failures and overheating as I said before, but this is still proof that the interns with large breasts and tiny skirts need to go. Perhaps a drug test and maybe a little more QA at the factory.

Folks, I hate to tell you but other laptops are worse, but seriously this is still a cake taker. Really it is and here is why:

1. Sony tried to revamp their line of laptops which (as I said before)is a great concept, but seem to fail a little too much on QA. Granted this gives me a job, but when I start to hear stories of "I just bought this piece of crap" and "I havent been able to use this damned thing" I begin to wonder if they really care. (cutomer base-wise)
2. Their tech support is starting to send bullshit repair solutions and leaving the field rep with the bag of manure to deal with.. example? Sending a thermal sheet to fix an issue for a motherboard ona vgn-z they themselves supposedly take pride in. Or better, promiseing to send parts in a call and then sending the wrong shit. (true stories.) So I think I can say their tech support for customers is getting shitty. (Still a QA problem)
3. If they would just make sure they used shit that want five and dime quality, it would be a problem. Fans failing, boards that pop, lcds with no problems. shipping safeguards. When I dont even have to try and I can write this shit off the top of my head I wonder is Sony is focused on fucking up their customers or if they are on the road to commit suicide in some colorful and movie like fashion for all stockholders to dread...

So this is part 2,.. once again I nee to calm down. I find this too easy and frankly too frustrating. Those poor folks who bought one of those damned laptops. I am so so sorry.
