SO is there a limit to folks and perception of technology. is it me or are there any folks that really should not have any technology. I mean if they are brandishing a smart phone that caries an IQ higher then the bearer, I have to wonder why it is no one takes said technology away. 

of course, if you want to see effective use of this technology, shouldn't these folks be "educated" on order to use them?

I find more often than not it is not the device, NOR the owner.

You see, if you look at the place of purchase. I think this says a lot not only for the consumer, but the retail store for which the technology would have been purchased.
If someone sells you something you should at least make sure basic information is retain to work you shit you just bought. I attribute this to the car salesman that takes the time to introduce you the basics of the vehicle you purchased. He will explain basic functions to signal, change gears, and start the car. help you adjust your mirrors and show you how to locate the gas tank and "pop" the trunk. 

It may sound simple but, honestly its not always so considering the questions DO get asked about these things; Consequently its the same for any technology. Except the salesman that seems to be looking for the sale that's going to send them over the top and onward to another sales goal. such places operate assuming that you already "know how". Am I talking out of ignorance? No,.. Im not. Each day I go forth fixing folks computers and find more often than not the sales lied, gave them said product and so on and left.

Now, you can say but how stupid must you be? well,.. ask yourself this question, are you sure how to operate a plane?, a tractor? a VCR?  What? no? but you gotta be serious you're not THAT STUPID are you?

look,  its a thing to get said technology and rightly some folks should never be allowed out of the home, but most of the time the beginning of an issue starts at the time of purchase. I can not say more that  that. Having said this, what I will say is BEST BUY, WAL MART, TARGET, and any other place that sells electronics should take 15 minutes to "explain the basics" if you can. or more than likely WONT, I'd suggest you take a moment to innovate a fuckin' brain storm or providing such a service for free. Call it customer retention assurance.  Don't know Id like to have a customer come back once in a while wouldn't you?

Ask yourself this, when you buy your next device, are you getting help on the "basics'?  If not Id wonder why you are there to begin with.

I googled that phrase and I found off hand about 14 million entries for it.

I narrowed it to the blogoshphere and found about just over 5 million of those entries were blog related.

Funny I was thinking that phrase was not as used before this but here it is; used and abused like any other Terd of phrase to get a niche on the internet. Too bad this shit doesn't go viral for everyone these days. Its just funny how shit just travels like gossip on a small town's off day.

What I find more annoying is that its a fine tool of invalidation and yet it hijacks that christian fundamental of 'Judge not lest you be judged yourself'.  Really if this was a comedy thing it was lost on me. And if not, I guess the world is worse off than I thought. it's Truly Maddening.


However I need to play off this now as I was talking to someone about a neat trick to get on rides faster at an amusement park. You see, its all on the Wheelchair. If you have seen those "accessible" parking places, they are close, and operators stop the entire park so folks in wheelchairs get on first.  Just watch, its pretty funny, and so I thought I'd explore this further and See what it was I was missing that would make someone invent an "accessible" lifestyle.

As I watched I saw how there was indeed a separate line with virtually NO WAIT.  There was access to all rides with no impedance of patient waiting and anticipation. Further,  if you were in a wheelchair, and had an "accessible" plaque, You could go in unquestioned and unfettered, treated to foods and "free chances" at rigged games, at distances even closer to winning the prize. (Ring toss anyone?)

Does Disney even try to prove that folks are really "accessible" needy? I mean is it right to ask someone to stand? Why would they try? (DON'T JUDGE ME!!) Further analysis made me think of how to not only HIJACK this "disadvantage" but also to extort guilt on those who'd dare challenge me. (DON'T JUDGE ME!)

Think this is silly? It was done in Los Angeles many years ago by a group of "real" wheel chaired citizens enforcing the "handicapped" Zone. Wouldn't you know it, the Media was praising them as heroes and true examples of standing up for one's self. Yet the story made a bad turn as they as a group was arrested and sued by one "JUDEMENTAL" individual who was using a plaque to park a friend and was accosted by these rough riders.  They attempted to get money out of him in exchange to not call parking enforcement, and despite the idea that the "individual" was trying to explain the situation, " HE WAS JUDGED" and challenged to produce money.

So, now that I have painted this ugly face you wonder how does this pertain to one's techie talk?  Well, if I was to go onto a ride or even try to enjoy all the parks offerings for a faster pace, why not go in a wheelchair to get on first, and stop the park for you. If only once, and if you are challenged, by any and all who are in attendance with you that day you only challenge them back,.. DON'T JUDGE ME!!!


So here is the relevance. I keep seeing these viruses come out that claim to be helping you, and tell you you have viruses. (Yeah, them) but he don't judge them. Don't judge them at all. Its not the fault of the virus on your machine telling you this. NO! You are JUDGING it and you are in no right to do so. I think the time has come to point out that the folks who are going to benefit most from this, is those same online storage folks who in turn make you pay for a space to store your Hard drive image.  You see you are in fact paying to reinstall your hard drive again.
 Sounds like extortion to me and this is how I see it:
 Storage facility needs business and needs hype to make money.  So make  a  virus that wipes out your hard drive, and then sell advertising to give storage to protect against these things. So the Wheelchair here is the virus machine, and the storage park is the place that stops everything for you.

  Now, throw in the judge mental individual (me) who is questioning the whole scam. I question if its not the same folks who gave you the wheelchair and are now accosting you to get storage online. I know its a paranoid thinking process but honestly, here is why I ask this: A boy made the Sasser virus to fuck with folks so his dad could make money and THEY could go on vacation.  Look,.. in this economy folks with go all out to make things work to get them money.  I may seem to be far fetched, but honestly the two although unrelated to each other have significant use for each others existence. So, in the end the park stops for the virus PC to make it get back on the highway and surf again, by way of antivirus, or online storage and re-image the damn thing. The online storage folks have you data and tools to fix the damn thing and make the park stop.

  I have seen it a million ways and still the fuckers from the cable and satellite industry don't wake up and smell the coffee.

  Dish touched on it, but still didn't acknowledge it.   Now its all what you want to watch on demand.

I have been asking sat tv companies to just let folks choose how many and what channels to watch,.. they'd get a better response, AND if it was priced right They'd get a shit load of customers back,.. but NOOOO they think its too much of a pain in the ass.     So I am still a little tired of the antics these days of all those commercials that folks put out there, but honestly I found a site that makes you watch commercials and they pay you to do it. What the fuck? I am getting paid for this commercial to watch.

Um,.. is it that bad now, that watching commercials is a way to make money? How long before we are taxed for every TV we have in the house because some greedy politician who needs to pay for his hookers somehow decides a direct tax on your television is needed?

Memorial Day Weekend!!

Hey Folks,.. Its Been a while

  I am writing because of Memorial day. I had a few friends in the Military. One is in the Nasty Guard in one of these Fine States, and the others went across the sea,.. 3 friends went altogether and 2 came back back in 1991.  Then 2 went in 2002 and 1 came back.  The one in the Nasty guard is now the sole survivor besides me, but that was because I was told I could not attend their school due to "medical" issues. So,.. I am out and a fervent spectator, and I talk to them whenever I can. This weekend I know is for all those who have fallen altogether, and I ask you if you are kin or friend to those who have served and are Alive,… Please buy them LUNCH, DINNER, OR BREAKFAST!! These people have sworn an oath to die for our country and frankly its not you but out constitution. Please note you as a citizen have taken that same oath foreign or domestic to defend our constitution as well. But they are actively guarding right now,.. and don't get paid much.   Please find it in your heart to give these Heroes all they deserve in resect and honor.

Having said that I have gotten an email that was a memorial day special from a prominent restaurant. Shame on you!!! The least you can do is treat folks to a free meal if they Serve,… Give them a punch card or show the military ID and voila! Free grub this weekend. Instead they choose to give away a fuckin' cruise and gift cards which frankly won't buy you Shit.  So,.. that is my trash talk for this weekend,.. and my advice for the cure,… Salute our military and buy them a meal to show them you are grateful.

returning to the saddle again

Every now and then I see things and they bother me. One is absence of activity when activity is called for. Like My blog.

So I have been out for awhile

I have been working. Gathering info and well,.. being a bum.

Then bum part is due to a lack of time with work. 

I was laid off,.. and in the process I practice a form of self denial.

Frankly, the internet was turned off and so that was the reason for this. I could go to the library perhaps,  but the reason I like my setup is that I can post here in relative anonymity and not worry over the idea that someone will recognize my rants and try to follow me home and kill me. (I refer to my mentioning in the past over what is made public when you post ANY comments.)

So,… I have been out for a while, and happy to report all is back online again

Its a hard time as I have many (and I mean many) things to share. I will start with this one of course, my excuse over my absence.

The blog has been a damned nuisance to me in my back south 40 of my mind because I want to update it but with limited resources its a little troublesome to do.

But the long and the short is the my time in Hiatus is now ending My string of rants and diatribes shall commence and you can appreciate all the damned sayings and swear words you've come to appreciate from me

Hey all Sorry I finally escaped

So I was viewing the net and doing a little research when these thugs came out of nowehere and placed a black bag over my head
then for several weeks I was being pumped for information on a merger and what I knew about mental control... Needless to say I escaped. I made it by using two paper clips a wax laden box of floss and one dead fish carcass. I was exremely smelly and covered in mud but I made it home.
This goes to show you I wasn't kidding
